I know it’s almost summer and I need to get out of my black and white outfits, but I just can’t help myself. B&W outfits are a classic, they’re easy to style, and match my minimalist aesthetic. This look in particular is one of my favourites. There’s something about a black and white ensemble that strikes the right cord.
I started off with a white long sleeve, which I actually got from XXI a long time ago. Although it’s an oldie, it’s a staple piece for me, and I love the font on the front of the shirt. I thought a black blazer would go well with this look. But not just any black blazer, one with shoulder pads. I think it completed the outfit so well.
Of course I had to do matte black nails to keep the look sleek. I’ve also really been loving this marble ring set that I got from H&M. If you haven’t noticed, I’m kind of obsessed with marble! This set comes with everything, from midi rings, to large statement rings.
Now for my favourite part of the outfit. These pants! Wide-legged pants are making a comeback and these pants give off those 70s vibes with the long slits down the sides. It’s definitely a piece I’ll be wearing a lot this summer. Although the pants are long and seem heavy, they are actually quite open, light, and airy.
