This tasty Spiced Oatmeal recipe that I’m sharing is extremely easy to make, filling, and can be prepped the night before!
Spiced Oatmeal Recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup oatmeal
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
Optional Toppings:
Walnuts
Blueberries
Blackberries
Dried cranberries
Banana
Chia seeds
Shredded coconut
Directions:
Place ½ cup oatmeal in a bowl
Add the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, maple syrup and vanilla essence and incorporate into the oatmeal
Pour 1 cup of boiling water into the bowl and stir
Let the oatmeal set for 3 minutes
Add the toppings of your choice and dig in!
